You will be working on a new set of cloud products supporting autonomous testing and AI-driven automation for enterprise applications. This role will primarily be front-end focused; however, there may be some back-end development work. As a senior software engineer, you will be comfortable working independently to make technical decisions, solve hard problems, and conceive creative ideas. Duties include:Building and maintaining web applications that utilize GraphQL and REST APIs.Contributing to the development of GraphQL and REST APIs.Reviewing designs and code, actively sharing your knowledge, and coaching less-experienced engineers.Remaining abreast of the latest technologies and design patterns, developing clear opinions on these, and championing them where appropriate.Running experiments (spikes) to choose new technologies, approaches, and patterns.About you…5+ years of experience (or equivalent proficiency) building full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript Node.js and React web applications that utilize GraphQL or REST APIs.Highly competent with standard web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, SVG, CSS, and modern file formats such as Woff2, AVIF, WebP, and WebM.Know how to build accessible and device agnostic web interfaces.Able to develop within the web technology limitations of various server and browser environments, with skills in testing web apps across devices and browsers.Deeply familiar with the Node.js JavaScript runtime and the npm package ecosystem.Strong React skills, including working with hooks and context.Have styled React applications using CSS-in-JS (Emotion or styled-components), and understand the trade-offs of build-time approaches such as PostCSS, CSS Modules, and vanilla-extract.Have production experience with React web application frameworks such as Next.js and are savvy about server side rendering React apps.Able to write unit and integration tests to deliver fully tested code.Understand optimal JavaScript module design as well as tools and techniques to reduce complexity and minimize JavaScript bundle size.Know how to use quality audit tools such as Lighthouse and the Next.js bundle analyzer.Proven experience in producing high-quality code and implementing engineering best practices.Fluent in contributing to private and open source GitHub repositories.Experience working in and succeeding as… Click here to view more detail / apply for Senior React/Web Engineer - AI Team
