The Role:
We are currently seeking a User Experience Designer with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for designing products and services aligned with our strategy to become the top choice for businesses seeking smart and straightforward ways to save on essential expenses.

• Ability to facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative sessions to solve customer problems.
Essential Skills:
• Strong user focus to deliver products and services that customers love.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver value to the business and customers.
• Experience in customer-oriented user experience design projects and relevant tools (Sketch/Figma).
• Development and documentation of ideas, flows, designs, and propositions to engage customers.
• Planning, running, analyzing, and reporting on user research sessions.
• Validating hypotheses through user-testing.
• Strategic problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with Tech and Commercial stakeholders.
• A/B and multivariate testing processes, information architecture, user journey mapping, conversion rate optimization, etc.
• Knowledge of Lean UX, Lean start-up, and Design Thinking.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for building web pages.
• Familiarity with persuasion, emotion, trust psychology, and cognitive biases.
