La Fosse is currently working with an exciting, FinTech business that is on its way to becoming one this year's biggest success stories. The poor market conditions of 2023 did not stop my client from increasing their tech headcount by 34% with no plans to slow down. 📈
They are currently hiring for 5 different positions, 3 of which in Tech. Looking to bring in two backend engineers, one Senior, one Mid-level and a Product Manager to work in a cross-functional team on a greenfield project. 🛠

Technical Requirements:
• 6+ years in the industry as backend engineer/backend weighted full stack engineer. With the last 3+ years working specifically in Node.js on the backend.
• Well-versed in Node, TypeScript and AWS.
• Has ideally worked on AWS Lambda, CI/CD, K8s, git.
The process is relatively straightforward:
• Stage 1 - Discussion with the engineering director and a member of the engineering team to introduce the company and hear about your background
• Stage 2 - A high-level technical test with a couple of members from the engineering team
• Stage 3 - Discussion with the engineering director and a member of the product and/or design team to discuss your experience working in cross functional teams and reflect on Stage 2.
