• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer science or any computer related subject.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in PC hardware, LAN and Windows OS.
• Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently using online and offline resources.
• Well organized, proactive and self-directed.
• Able to perform with minimal supervision and a team player.
• Shift duty and weekend support are required when needed.
• Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
