Our client is establishing a new travel agency and is in search of a pioneering Product Development Manager to join their inaugural team.
Position Overview
As a Product Development Manager, you'll create and enhance our travel offerings, design engaging routes, manage visa processes, and foster client relationships to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Travel Products: Create innovative travel experiences aligned with client needs.
• Design Routes: Develop captivating travel routes catering to various interests.
• Visa Management: Oversee visa processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain client relationships while seeking new opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure seamless execution of travel products.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Manage budgets and evaluate performance metrics.
Requirement
• Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business / Tourism field
• At least 3 years in travel product development, specializing in tours and routes.
• Proficiency in visa processes for diverse destinations.
• Strong industry network and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for travel and creating exceptional experiences.
