Job Title: Senior NLP Data Scientist/Engineer Location: London Travel/Relocation/Remote: Travel to client's location may be required depending on project requirement (Mode – Hybrid) Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced "Senior NLP Data Scientist" with a specialized focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions in the realms of Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation, Advanced Analytics, and Data Science. Required Qualifications • Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of NLP / LLM experience. • Relevant MSc. PhD. in a quantitative discipline highly desirable. • Strong background in the Banking and Financial Services industry. • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring on junior data scientists • 5-7 years of experience operationalizing AI, ML, and DL solutions. • 5+ years working with storage and AI pipelines on Azure, GCP, and AWS. • 5+ years in developing AI/ML models and integrating AI/ML using Cloud-native or hybrid technologies into large-scale enterprise applications. • Significant experience with APIs, web services, and general integration challenges and solutions. • Ability to analyse alternatives and present technical options to leads and clients. • Proven experience with LLM orchestration frameworks Langchain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel and large language models Llama2, PaLM2, GPT4. • Proven NLP experience, including topic clustering, text classification and sentiment analysis, and experience with other unstructured data problems. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor communication across a range of technical and non-technical audiences. What you'll do • Utilize your expertise in NLP / LLM design to drive the creation and enforcement of reference architecture for AI/ML development and integration. • Lead the design and integration of AI/ML with a specific emphasis on Generative AI methods, enhancing our core AI/ML offerings. • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI in solving business problems, selecting the best machine learning techniques, and building models to address specific challenges. • Spearhead the design, orchestration, optimization, and deployment of hybrid large language models (LLMs) and AI workloads on hybrid cloud infrastructure. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver customer-centric solutions, seamlessly integrating generative AI into their day-to-day operations.
