Sales Specialist We are searching for an innovative sales specialist with a great analytical mind to join our team. To be successful as a sales specialist, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely. Top candidates have excellent problem-solving and people skills. Sales Specialist Responsibilities: 1. Coordinating the sales team. 2. Providing product demonstrations to clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints. 3. scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly. 4. Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team. 5. Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base. 6. Setting sales targets and implementing incentives. 7. Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met. 8. Managing a network of clients 9. Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example. 10. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing. Sales Specialist Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar. 2. Valid driver's license. 3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to think on your feet. 5. Excellent customer service and leadership skills. 6. Strong networking abilities. 7. Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions. 8. Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people. 9. Ability to remain professional. 10. Willingness to work overtime when required.
