• Degree holder in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of direct sales, account management and relevant experience, preferably in medical, healthcare or medical insurance industry
• Formulate strategic and execution plans on doctor network development for medical imaging, endoscopy and multispecialty centres to drive business growth
• Establish a strong network and build close rapport with referring doctors (RFDs)
• Manage the recruitment process of RFD including contract signing, internal credentialing and facilitate the onboarding
• Engage key account for stickiness and growth
• Good experience in network building market competitiveness studies and analyses to optimize the overall business results
• Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• Well-organized, innovative and good project management skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
