Our client is currently the largest scientific research base in Hong Kong, also a one-stop information and exchange platform for technology start-ups, enterprises and investors.
You will:
Design and develop the backend CMS and the APIs to support the features of the HKSTP app;
Maintain CI/CD pipeline to streamline development processes
Discover and evaluate new technologies to support business needs and strategy
Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to build highly scalable and available products;
Follow the priority of project managers in the entire agile SDLC to ensure the project objectives are achieved timely;
Consolidate different API communications between the mobile application and various backend gateway parties;
Perform unit and system integration tests with happy and exceptional cases;
Perform other jobs as assigned;
What are we looking for:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science / Information Technology Software Engineering or related disciplines;
Min. 3 years of experience preferably in backend application development;
Solid experiences in C#, .Net and node.js programming, designing patterns of MVVM and MVC, DevOps and CI/CD deployment and familiar with web services/ APIs are preferred;
Hands-on cloud hosting (Preferably in Azure) is a must;
Experience in delivering medium-to-high-traffic mobile apps is a plus;
Knowledge in frontend programming (e.g. JavaScript, CSS) is a plus;
Detailed-minded and committed to success;
Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
