Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for NLP related The implementation of technology in the search business, including but not limited to semantic understanding, multi-turn dialogue, language model and other technologies, continuously improves the search experience and effect
2. Responsible for the algorithm design and implementation of large language models in search, question and answer and other scenarios. Implementation
3. Track the latest research results in the industry and explore the application of cutting-edge NLP and LLM technologies in actual business
4. Responsible for the deployment and acceleration of models. Including but not limited to multi-card task scheduling, distributed training, operator optimization, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 2 years of experience in developing deep learning models
2. In-depth understanding of the theoretical basis of the NLP field, and possessing a relatively comprehensive knowledge of NLP Domain skill stack
3. Be able to write pytorch or tensorflow related codes proficiently
4. Have a certain understanding of pre-training models or large language model technology, multi-card or distributed training experience is preferred
5. Have both algorithm research and development capabilities, and are keen on pursuing technological innovation
