BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Force.com.
Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
Experience Writing User Stories To Capture Salesforce Requirements
Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving
Salesforce certified architect
