Qualifications & experience
• Strong foundation in design principles
• Proficiency in design tools: Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge in front-end technologies: JavaScript and HTML5
• Excellent team dynamics and interpersonal skills
• Experience in digitalisation or digital workflow is a bonus.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Lead the changes in digital workflow
• Taking ownership of UI/UX design area (page layouts, templating, custom features)
• Lead the design for web and in-house platform.
• Identify UI/UX flaw and re-design to improve usability and user experience (where applicable)
• Collaborate on internal projects aimed at streamlining learning operations and employee learning experiences.
• Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions
Requirement
Diploma in Graphic Design
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc) and App development software
● Ability to adapt in various projects in a fast paced environment
● Good analytical and communication skills
● Process driven mindset
