Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategies within individual user applications and across multiple web/mobile applications;
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through industry design standards like personas, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes visual and graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps;
• Design and specify UX and UI design for responsive web and mobile applications;
• Gather and understand user requirements in collaboration with users, Project Manager, system developers, and data analysts for designing UI/UX;
• Measure and review UI design by examining metrics such as CTR, banners, page layouts/designs/flows and target links for landing pages to ensure the creation and delivered design meet the goals and objectives.
Requirements
• 1-3 years or above experience in UI/UX Designer or similar role;
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Figma;
• Experience and knowledge on UI/UX testing tools and data tracking tools for UI/UX validation;
• Willing to learn and have strong interest in exploring and implementing UI/UX technologies and mechanisms;
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
• Good time-management and multi-tasking skills, able to prioritize tasks;
• Experience in mentoring or coaching other designers or teammates would be an advantage.
