Why We Need You
As a Project Manager at LocAI, you will play a crucial role in driving our innovative AI solutions across multiple industries. Your expertise will be crucial in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that our AI technologies meet the specific needs of each sector and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will orchestrate our internal teams, helping to translate complex AI concepts into tangible, industry-specific applications.
What You Will Do
Drive the project initiation, coordinating with internal teams like Commercial and Product to develop proposals, objectives and scope. Conduct requirements gathering exercises, internally and externally, and translate business and partner needs into requirements. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Coordinate and oversee the work of relevant teams. Coordinate resource allocation across projects, aligning with department heads/directors for resource planning. Ensure that our AI solutions meet quality standards and are tailored to industry-specific and partner-specific requirements. Analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions and strategies. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and contribute to the innovation of AI applications in various industries.
Who You Are
Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably in the tech or AI field. Experience in Project Management is essential. Proven ability to work collaboratively with Commercial, Finance, Product and Tech teams. Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Startup or scale up experience required. GCC experience required. You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change. You are a process driven and structured thinker. You work well in ambiguity. Proven ability to work in English and Arabic preferred.
