A global gaming giant and leading local industry player are forming an exciting new venture focused on MENA. We specialize in delivering a comprehensive suite of game services, including publishing, development, e-sports, and investment, tailored specifically for Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region. Founded in 2023, our venture is strongly supported by NetEase, a leading global game developer and publisher, along with local industry giant who possess deep insights into the business. Our mission is to establish a new paradigm in the MENA Game Industry by implementing a systematic publishing approach, standardized production processes, and a robust game industrialization capability. Responsibilities : Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans. Independently formulate HR policies and systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent identification, interviews, and onboarding. Build and nurture diverse teams, specifically focusing on customer services, game operations, and business development. Market Awareness and Regional Expertise: Stay abreast of the talent market, regional conditions, and international trends, particularly in the MENA region. Apply knowledge of regional characteristics to tailor HR initiatives and practices accordingly. Full HR Process Management: Oversee and manage HR processes. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations while continuously improving processes. Qualifications: 5+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia. Previous experience in a game, TMT, or fast-paced startup environment, with exposure to multinational employees. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in English-speaking countries. Proficient in English and Arabic (both written and spoken). Chinese language skill is a plus. Other Skills: Demonstrated experience in startup team building, particularly in customer services, game operations, and business development. Proven ability to make independent decisions and design HR policies aligned with organizational goals. In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, BP, COE, SSC, and other HR functions. Soft Skills: Strong self-driven and highly responsible. Problem-oriented with a focus on effective problem-solving. Entrepreneurial mindset with a people-centric approach. Leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and mentor. Active listening, emotional intelligence, data-informed decision-making, and a commercially driven mindset.
