The Project Manager, Cloud will be focusing on the management and seamless delivery of technical cloud-related projects and workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the lead and primary point of contact for all aspects of Cloud Infrastructure project coordination and delivery.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure project implementation is managed effectively in terms of cost, quality, and schedule.
• Manage project scope, oversee risk identification and control, and handle changes in project scope adeptly.
• Facilitate governance processes with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Chair and coordinate meetings with all relevant stakeholders, manage agendas, document minutes, and ensure follow-up and closure of action items.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and artifacts to ensure timely and successful project completion, adhering to budget and specifications.
• Provide consistent project updates to Technology Leadership and internal management teams.
• Support and contribute to the Technology Team in areas of CI/CD, best practices, and process improvement.
• Liaise closely with Digital Product Owners and Data and Analytics Teams to accurately capture and document technology requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain thorough documentation and project archives throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology project management.
• Self-starter with a motivated, energetic personality.
• Strong team player with a positive, responsible attitude.
• Proven experience in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, preferably in large enterprise, Insurance, or Financial Services sectors.
• Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methods; PMP or Prince2 certification is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and collaborative tools like Jira, Clarity, and Confluence
