Our Group represents a dynamic force in Hong Kong's F&B sector, managing an expansive portfolio of approximately 300 outlets across several prestigious brands. Due to our rapid expansion, we're seeking high-calibre candidates to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the QA Manager to set up Food Safety system for all outlets
Monitor outlets daily operations to ensure the food products complied with the defined quality, food safety and operational standard
Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
Diploma or above holder in Food Technology, Science or related disciplines
At least 2 years relevant experience in food manufacturing or laboratory experience in food analysis or quality control
Solid experience in handling HACCP or ISO 22000
Able to work independently
Mature & hardworking, initiative, self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and
Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available is highly preferred
Less experience will be considered as QA Assistant
9 hours per day with shift duty (Monday - Saturday)
5.5 days a week
