Our rapid growth in Canada requires to bring on board strong talented individuals such as yourself! Mission Come join our team in Montreal as an IT Technician Level 2. You will be responsible for assisting the IT manager in the design and implementation of IT projects and providing user support on both hardware and software sides. This position is offered in hybrid mode. You will be able to work in a hybrid manner from the Montreal office. Responsibilities Maintain the computer park (computers, telephone system, audio-visual system, security and servers) of Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary. Participate in the development, realization or implementation of IT projects Participate in the development and implementation of special IT projects Stay constantly informed about the latest IT developments Profile Written and verbal communication skills in English Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant technical support experience Have experience in assigning Active Directory rights and permissions Knowledge of archiving principles and disaster recovery plan Knowledge of the Veeam software suite DEC in IT support or combination with experience In-depth knowledge of Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019, Active directory, Remote desktop service, Windows 7, 10 and 11 operating systems Knowledge of tcp/ip IPv4 network and subnet addressing, wireless network, DHCP, DNS and VPN In-depth knowledge of virtualization principles, especially Vmware Good knowledge of the Office suite on both Apple and Windows Ability to work in a team and be concerned about the service offered to users Have a good sense of organization Show initiative in problem solving
