**UI & UX Design JOB SKILS
a. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
b. Have at least three (3) years' postgraduate experience working with
Personal computers or compatibles;
c. Have at least three (3) years' postgraduate experience using MS OS, such as Windows 7 or higher and Microsoft Outlook;
d. Able to conduct unit, module, functional and volume testing; to analyse test results and to take corrective action.
(ii) The Programmer
a) Must have at least three (3) years’ post graduate hands-on experience working on UX design projects.
Tools and technology
- Must have at least three (3) years’ experience in designing wireframes and create a mid to high fidelity prototype using tools like Sketch, Figma, Invision, Azure or Adobe XD,
- Must have at least three (3) years’ experience in designing illustrations with Adobe Photoshop or illustrator
Others
- Drawing ability and design set of reusable UI components for design style guide and design system
- Ability to interact with users to understand their requirements for the UX
design products.
- Keen interest and understanding of emerging trends in UX design for websites and mobile apps
- Knowledge of current and emerging standards in accessibility and W3C
guidelines
- Ability to provide an expert review on UX elements on website and mobile apps
- Personnel to provide sample UX design, projects/works for past 3 years.
• *Job Description
i. Code, modify, test, correct and document new and existing programs using assigned languages, tools and coding conventions;
ii. Prepare and document test data;
iii. Prepare and set up testing and production environment;
iv. Prepare and maintain program and system documentation
v. Assist in establishing file structures and processing logic requirements;
vi. Produce deliverables according to group standards and procedures;
ix. Train other contract programmers in the relevant skills;
x. Take part in Disaster Recovery activities, e.g. simulation exercise at
Disaster Recovery sites;
xi. Learn / pick up new programming skills related to System Development and maintenance as assigned by the supervisors;
xii. Any other tasks related to System Development and maintenance as assigned by the supervisors
