Responsibilities: • Provide guidance to corporate customers in selecting the most suitable cloud solution that aligns with their specific requirements. Regularly communicate and update with customers to ensure a successful transition to the cloud and address any concerns or challenges they may face. • Develop and maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, accurately forecast revenue and profit targets, and provide regular reports on the sales pipeline. • Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects to design customized cloud services and solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer, and actively engage in the entire sales cycle. • Assist and actively participate in marketing activities such as seminars, events, roadshows, training sessions, and webinars to promote the cloud solutions and educate potential customers. • Work closely with operations and service teams to support existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success in utilizing the cloud services. • Manage partnerships effectively by collaborating directly with partners to drive sales within the designated time frames and achieve revenue targets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • At least 3 years of experience in corporate B2B business. Previous experience in Telecom/ISP/SI partnering with Microsoft Cloud sales is preferred but not mandatory. • Solid foundational knowledge in IT and a proven sales track record would be advantageous. • Basic understanding or familiarity with Cloud solutions such as Office 365 and Azure, Cloud backup and security solutions, and Managed services is a plus. • Strong interest in developing a career in the fast-growing Cloud industry and becoming a professional in the field. • Demonstrates passion, tenacity, agility, self-discipline, and strong planning skills, with a drive for success as a trusted advisor. • Possesses effective communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese languages.
