We are seeking a Product Manager to enhance our client's product offerings, particularly in the domain of health insurance systems and operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for a specific business value stream, using data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of our company goals to develop impactful strategies and deliver tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with various stakeholders to understand and document business processes related to health insurance claims administration, policy management, provider network oversight, and customer support.
• Extract and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other effective techniques, transforming them into functional requirements and user narratives.
• Evaluate existing systems, identifying areas for enhancement, and actively participate in the assessment and adoption of new systems as necessary.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and propose automation solutions to improve productivity, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements, workflow refinements, and integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including product requirement documents, business requirements, process diagrams, system configurations, and training materials.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on requirements, progress, and outcomes.
• Lead presentations, meetings, and regular progress updates.
• Define test scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
• Assist in developing and delivering training initiatives to ensure users are well-versed in system enhancements and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business analytics or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in creating clear, concise documentation.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
• A strong customer service orientation, focused on delivering solutions that meet user needs.
• Experience with data analysis and Tableau dashboard development
