Our client is a MNC Bank with strong reputation. They are looking for an Associate to join their BCP and Project Management Team.
Job Description
• Collaborate in the enhancement of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and facilitate drills and reviews.
• Organize and conduct regular Business Continuity Management (BCM) meetings, and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
• Manage and analyze relevant HKMA / HKICL circulars and documentation to ensure effective job execution.
• Engage in various tasks related to BCP and operational resilience, including coordination with other departments/sections, preparation of reports for Head Office/Local Authority, and review of internal procedures.
• Support superiors in planning and implementing IT & Operation projects, and ensure coordination with relevant departments/sections and Head Office.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's Degree holder
• 3+ years' experience in the Banking industry
• Exposure in ISO20022 project will be a plus
• Possess BCP management skills, with experience in complying with regulatory requirements for operational resilience, e.g. SPM OR-1, OR-2, TM-G-2, will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
