Experience Designer The Opportunity As a lead experience designer, you can put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage with a given tool set or site. We’re looking for someone creative like you to oversee the creation of an ultimate user experience. Let's transform the way a user interacts with web applications, mobile games, interactive training materials, training simulation applications, simulation design. In this role, you’ll partner with the product manager on your team to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Leading an agile team, you’ll broaden the scope of your design skills by developing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. You’ll lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wire framing, rapid prototyping, interface design, or front-end development. Your expertise in user research, information architecture, wire framing, rapid prototyping, interface design, or front-end development will help your team advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, all the while keeping the end-user at the center of your work. You Have: • 10+ years of design experience focusing on empathizing with others’ perspectives, identifying their needs, and bringing ideas to life • Knowledge of information architecture, flows, and accessibility guidelines • Ability to address customer needs, personas, and disability considerations • Ability to adapt existing components and patterns with product-specific solutions • Ability to collaborate on data needs with teams and researchers • Ability to conduct user testing, communicate findings, and align with cross-functional teams • HS diploma or GED • Section 508 Trusted Tester Certification Nice If You Have: • Experience in wire framing, mockups, design systems, pattern libraries, ui graphics, style guides, branding, and concept sketches • Experience in User Research and Interview techniques, persona creation, and storyboarding • Experience with surveys and testing, site maps, and creating user guides • Experience with user-centered design processes, web best practices, and relevant disciplines • Experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, and UX design tools • Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design • Ability to interpret product requirements documents from a user-centered perspective • Ability to use and apply Jira and Kanban methodologies • UX design Certification Create Your Career: Grow With Us Your growth matters to us—that’s why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career.
