Responsibilities:
• Cloud Infrastructure: Implement secure and scalable cloud platforms to support their software development endeavors, preferably on the Azure Platform.
• CI/CD Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and systems, streamlining the development and deployment process.
• Optimization & Security: Ensure the cloud platform's security and optimization, leveraging your expertise in IAM, Security Groups, certificates & key management.
• Technical Leadership: Lead, guide, coach, and mentor the talented team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in software architecture and design, enhancing reliability, scalability, and performance.

Skills & Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud technologies, preferably on Azure, and an understanding of networking concepts.
• DevOps Prowess: In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with release and deployment tools, ideally using Azure DevOps.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell scripts, YAML, and Python, and experience with automation using ARM templates.
• Microservices & Containers: Proven expertise in microservices architecture and containerization.
• Agile Advocate: Experience working in an Agile and Scrum team, promoting collaborative development practices.
• Problem-solving Guru: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
