Job Requirements:
• Experience in Production Support and Maintenance Projects
• Worked in incident, problem and change management
• Good understanding of Service Now
• Understanding of Major incident process, strong triaging skills and excellent communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Devops and SRE.
• Experience in Microsoft Tech stack .Net, IIS, SSIS, SSRS, VB, Azure, SQL server
• Experience in application monitoring, log analytics, understanding of SLA, SLO, disaster recovery.
• Experience in Wealth domain COTS products
• Domain knowledge of Wealth and Banking
• Understanding of using SCM tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket and Continuous Integration tool Azure DevOps/ Jenkins.
• Willingness to learn other applications and cross skill on other technologies
