Seeking a brilliant andresultsdriven Generative AI Expert to join the Technology &Digital Coordination team within its HR & CorporateServices (HR&CS) business and shape the future oftechnology in Corporate Services sector.
This critical role will beresponsible for driving cuttingedge generative AI initiativestackling complex problems and providing advice to decision makersin an advisor capacity.
HR&CS businessis a diverse and manpowerintensive organization with 15000employees. Our suborganizations vary in nature and include : HumanResources Training & Development Safety & SecurityGovernment Affairs Public Affairs Community Services Transportation(Marine Aviation etc.
and Medical ServicesSupport.
As our AI Expert youll play a pivotalrole in working with crossfunctional teams to develop implement anddrive the HR&CS AIstrategy.
KeyResponsibilities :
• Defineand implement the HR&CS AI roadmap identifyingopportunities for AI integration across the businessline.
• Work across organizations on the ideationscoping and implementation of the best suited generative AIsolutions to addresses their needs.
• Advise andsupport stakeholders applying generative AI methodologies withintheir business to improve
performance and enabledatadriven decision making.
• Design and developsolutions that use generative AI built on Machine Learning (ML) andLarge Language Models (LLM) tailored to businessneed.
• Finetune generative AI models using themost efficient algorithms focusing on delivering optimaloutcomes.
• Build teams to develop and supportgenerative AI and upskill them as needed.
• Workeffectively with engineers data scientists product managers andother stakeholders.
• Clearly explain complextechnical concepts to both technical and nontechnicalaudiences.
• Continuously learn and stay currentwith the latest advancements inAI.
Musthave :
• Mastersdegree in Computer Science Data Science MachineLearning or a related field with a strong focus onArtificial Intelligence.
• 10 yearof work experience in Digital Technology
• 5 years of experience indesigning developing anddeploying AI models including Generative AImodels.
• Highly qualified inprogramming AI related languages like Python and other AIframeworks.
• Highlyunderstands deep learning architecture machinelearning NLP and generativemodels.
Nicetohave :
• Generative AI Professional Certification Deep Gen AICertification or equivalent or working towardsone.
• Experience working within Oil and Gas Government Transportation(Marine Aviation etc.) MedicalServices
