Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our blockchain-based platforms and applications. The ideal candidate is a visionary with a strong background in product management, particularly in the blockchain or fintech sectors. You will play a crucial role in defining product strategy, understanding customer needs, and bridging the gap between technical possibilities and practical applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company’s vision and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to build and launch products that deliver value to our users.
Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify needs, trends, and opportunities.
Define, prioritize, and document product features and roadmaps based on business impact and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including user testing and feedback.
Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve and evolve product offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in finance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative mindset.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with Solidity, Web3, and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). Experience in a decentralized finance (DeFi) environment. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Digital Ocean, AWS) and the Cosmos SDK.
