Description
Deliver data solutions to enhance customer experience and marketing engagement, and monitor the business performance
Design and develop machine leanring / AI models to facilitate efficient data analysis for customer profiles and marketing campaign effectiveness;
Perform data analytics, data modeling, business intelligence, and visualization reporting
Build AI & Machine Learning model design on Customer and CRM Analysis
Work closely with Data Science, development team and mutliple business users
Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics or other related disciplines
1 - 3 years of experience in data science, data modeling, and data analystics
Hands-on experience in Customer Data is a must
Hands-on experience in Machine learning models (e.g., predictive modeling, NLP, clustering, etc.)
Hands-on experience in SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Spark, etc.
Hands-on experience in business intelligence tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Experience/knowledge with cloud platforms is a plus (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, AliCloud, etc.)
Experience in working in an enterprise environment is a plus
Solid experience in managing multiple stakeholders and vendors
Good command of Chinese and English
