We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals with 5 + years’ experience in SENIOR SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS/IT/Computer Science (or other similar quantitative disciplines). In this role, you will be responsible for (Automation and Manual) testing a Software component, feature and or feature set. Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business. You will be required to demonstrate the following responsibilities, knowledge and skills:
Specific Responsibilities
In addition to following AiElements policies and procedures, Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and set estimation for QA activates.
- Verify design documents and wireframes.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
- Assist in implementing improvements in test methods and strategies
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Break down problems and estimate time required for quality related tasks.
- Complete Lifecycle of QA Process including requirements analyses, test plan creation, test case creation and execution, defect logging, tracking and re-verification.
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Take ownership of the test phase of major project implementations
- Verifying quality team test cases and validate the test coverage
- Responsible for conducting manual testing on newly developed (web applications and native mobile devices for smartphones, tablets using IOS and Android platforms).
knowledge and skills:
- 5 + years’ experience working on selenium, python, JavaScript, API testing, SQL
- Excellent analytical and problem solving, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, communication and inter-personal.
- Willingness to learn about business, and can bring innovation, and fresh thinking, to create distinctive value for our clients and Aielements.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Language Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Arabic
