• - Assist on creating the vision for designing, developing, communicating, and implementing the digital user interface and experience; identify associated UI design frameworks and build a portfolio of assets; follow through with the processes and tactics to implement the vision.
- Translate business requirements, end-user needs and input from cross-functional teams into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
- Work alongside the user experience design and research teams to translate the user-flow and wireframes into an intuitive, interactive, user-friendly user interface.
- Maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice.
You will develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications for our digital products.
- Create visual-rich interactive prototypes to demonstrate the user experience and interaction across multiple platforms including web, mobile app and TV app.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developer - create visual templates, design style guides, digital assets and specification documents for developer’s implementation guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to take products from concept to delivery. Work closely with the internal tech development team or external developers to implement high quality user interface design up to the final stage.
- Set high expectations and provide necessary guidance/critique to the developer to deliver high quality user interface during the implementation stage.
- Plan and prioritise resources effectively and efficiently across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals.
- Responsible for all engagements including UI project deliverables, project engagements, project timelines and delivery across multiple platforms.
- Initiate, manage and share best practices, lessons learnt and constantly trend update on user interface design and research study.
- Analyze user interface problems, conduct user interface testing and create solutions that bridge user and business goals.
• * Requirements**:
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design or UX/UI Design related.
- 5 years in conceptualizing and creating large scale user interface designs for responsive web, iOS and Android. Experienced in TV UI design is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Familiar and expert on any of these UX/UI design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision and etc.
- Expert on branding, colour theory, grid systems, composition and balance, typography and iconography.
- Knowledge of Human Centred Design principles, design thinking, design methodology and UX/UI design patterns of iOS and Android.
- Solid experience in requirement gathering through workshops, interviews and research.
- Ability to communicate and present design thinking confidently to the stakeholders. Possess management skills and the ability to persuade.
- Responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment.
- Online portfolio is a must.
