The opportunity is to work for a rapidly growing, Series C SaaS company. They were founded in 2015 and have already exceeded $45M ARR. They have raised $145M, including a recent $70M Series C from three top-tier VCs and have expanded their operations to 5 countries.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they are forecasting to exceed $65M ARR this year and expect to grow their headcount from 200 to 400.
Responsibilities
Given their impressive trajectory, they are targeting an exit by 2027 and are looking for an experienced CFO who will play a pivotal role in helping them achieve this. You will have the opportunity to partner with a world-class c-level team.
You will initially lead a team of 7+ people, which includes a VP Finance and a Controller
Qualifications and Experience
• Have led Series D+ fundraises and have been part of an exit
• Have over seen headcount growth from 200 - 700+
• Extensive M&A experience
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or corporate development, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Experience of working within a business with global operations
• A deep understanding of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, valuation, and exit strategies
• Experience overseeing legal, finance, operations, and strategy functions, preferably in a technology-focused organization
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• A master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
