Job Highlights: • Customer Support • IT solutions Job Description: • Respond to clients' requests for technical support via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and courteous manner • Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems • Diagnose and resolve technical problems associated with operating systems and applications • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as necessary • Maintain accurate and thorough records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions achieved • Provide guidance and training to clients on the proper use of hardware and software systems • Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices • Manage the IT asset and conduct regular stock take • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Possess Microsoft certificate is essential • Proven experience as an IT Support Agent or similar role • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients in a clear and concise manner • Familiar with remote desktop applications and help desk software • Strong customer service skills and a desire to help others • Ability to work independently and as part of a team We Offer: • Attractive salary and discretionary bonus • On job training • 5 days work • Flexible working hours • Free shuttle bus • Medical insurance Let's Join Us
