· 8 or more years of experience
· Will primarily be working in the Schools Market Sector
· Will work directly for the Principals in charge of School Projects.
· Will receive mentoring from Design Principal, Market Sector Principals, Director of Operations, Project Managers and senior architecture and interior design staff.
· Will work on architecture and interior design projects.
· The position is mostly PA with some PM responsibilities.
· PA responsibilities include:
o Proven proficiency to own and complete complex architecture assignments with little or no supervision in most all areas of SGC projects.
o Responsible for specific technical and design aspects of assigned major projects including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of solution that fits the client’s needs.
o Subject matter expert in some areas.
o Creates plans and 3D renderings.
o Creates CD sets and follows SGC drawing standards.
o Conducts QA/QC tech reviews.
o Manages CD process.
o Coordinates their work with the work of consultants.
o Manages and participates in CA.
· PM Responsibilities include:
o Direct client contact
o Creates and manages project plans.
o Assign tasks to project team members.
o Ensures delivery of projects that meet and exceeds both our clients’ expectations and SGC profit goals.
o Fosters positive team and company culture.
o Assists in the preparation of marketing and RFP/RFQ materials.
o Oversees the work of team members on their projects.
o Provides coaching to team members.
o Ensures project deadlines are met.
· Requirements include:
o Bachelors or Master of Architecture from accredited university.
o Strong proficiency in Revit
o Collaborative, fun team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
o Architectural License a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
