Experience of BI visualization tools (e.g. Cognos, Business Objects, Qlik, Power BI, Microsoft Sequel Server)
Ability to manage and support direct reports
Proven strong organization skills especially in a BI / technical environment
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Development methodology, in particular agile working
Understanding of data modeling methodology
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong change management skills
