We at Saudi Diyar Consultants looking for Senior Architect for our construction supervision project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in site supervision and must have previous 5 years experience on high-rise buildings and façade work.
Job Responsibilities:-
1. Review and co-ordinate all related discipline design drawings (civil, electrical, mechanical and structural).
2. Review and coordinate all related disciplines during Contractor’s shop drawing reviews against the SDC design drawings.
3. Identify conflicts between the design requirements and/or existing conditions that may require a clarification or change, and coordinate with the RE and PM.
4. Ensure that the Contractor complies with drawings and design in terms of design, materials and workmanship standards.
5. Issue site instructions to the Contractor on all corrective action to deviations through the Resident Engineer (RE).
6. Receive and release inspection requests with the related action.
7 Review, comment and approve the method statement of construction proposed by the Contractor.
8. Check progress and quality of work and report to the Resident Engineer on a daily basis
9. Arrange and action checklist for special activities on site.
10. Test and commission related works after completion of construction and ensure its compliance with specifications and standards.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor of Architect Engineering
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in site supervision and must have previous 5 years experience on high-rise buildings and façade work.
