Awellestablished company based in Abu Dhabi are looking for a CRMSolution Architect
YourResponsibilities
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understandtheir CRM requirements. Analyze and documentbusiness processes to identify opportunities for CRM systemimprovements. Solution Design: Design and architect CRM solutions based on businessrequirements. Develop a comprehensiveunderstanding of the organizations data structure and integrationpoints with other systems. Define data modelsentities and relationships within the CRM system. Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize CRM platforms (e.g. SalesforceMicrosoft Dynamics) to meet specific business needs. Develop and implement custom workflows automation andbusiness rules. Integration: Design and implement integrations between the CRM systemand other business applications. Ensureseamless data flow between CRM and other systems such as ERP ormarketing automation tools. Security andAccess Control: Define and implement securitymodels and access controls to protect sensitive data within the CRMsystem. Ensure compliance with dataprotection regulations and industry standards. User Training and Support: Providetraining to endusers on the effective use of the CRM system. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting forCRMrelated issues. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for theCRM solution including design specifications configurations andcustomizations. Collaboration withDevelopment Teams: Work closely withdevelopment teams to ensure custom code aligns with the overall CRMarchitecture. Review and validate customdevelopment work for CRM solutions. QualityAssurance: Conduct testing and qualityassurance activities to ensure the CRM system meets functional andperformance requirements. Coordinate useracceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stayabreast of CRM industry trends best practices and updates. Propose and implement enhancements to the CRMsystem to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Project Management: Participate inproject planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of CRMsolutions. Collaborate with project managersand other team members to achieve project goals. Vendor Management: Interact withCRM platform vendors to understand new features updates and supportoptions. Manage relationships with thirdpartyvendors providing CRMrelated services.
Your Qualifications
Solution and Technology Architecture expertise with a minimum of 12years of work experience in designing Enterprise grade solutionswith a proven track record in executing complex ITprojects.
Expertise in Airlinedomain (PSS Airline and Airport operations Cargo engineering etc)is preferable Experience of Enterprisearchitecture Service Oriented Architecture microservices and otherintegration methodologies ideally in Airline domain Experience with the architecture of mission critical hightransaction volume environments Experiencewith the full software development life cycle using traditional andagile methodologies. Excellent communicationskills with experience in C level stakeholder management. Theposition requires working closely with other architects businessteams and project teams Proven experience inrecognizing the corporate strategy and realizing all businessprocesses that define how a company achieves its strategicgoals. Experience in seeking the alignment ofbusiness and IT driving common approaches delivering sustainablereusable enterprise architecture using both agile and waterfallmethodologies Bachelors degree in ComputerScience or related degree is desirable. One or more Certificationin Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture is preferred. e.g. WellArchitected Frameworks SAFe Architect TOGAF Open CertifiedArchitect ISEB Architecture Experience in SAFeAgile and other methodologies preferred. Certifications in one or more of the CRM technologieswould be preferable: Salesforce Dynamics 365 SAP CRM Oracle CRMetc.
