Leading international technology provider is hiring for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive B2B engagement.
Job Description
Marketing Strategy and Brand Positioning
• Develop and maintain a strategic plan for business growth factoring in key stakeholders to develop forward looking product plans that enable profitable future growth.
• Development of comprehensive customer experience journey to account for entire customer lifecycle identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Establish initial customer profiling and segmentation models and plan for refinement based on ongoing data analytics.
• Drive creation, continuous optimization of promotional mix e.g. product collateral, briefings, website, social media pages, customer loyalty portals etc. for both internal and external stakeholders tailored to key markets including Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
• Design and implement a digital roadmap to develop capabilities and generate a best-in-class omnichannel ecosystem.
• Media, Analyst and Influencer relationship development elevating Clients as thought leaders in the data center and cloud computing space including where feasible, development of analyst reports contributing to the research sector.
• Identify and ensure a strong presence of Clients at relevant external conferences and events and where needed be the brand ambassador.
• Act as the first point of contact and safeguard for external communications.
• Develop data analytics capabilities to monitor marketing performance.
• Create and Manage the Marketing budget and ensure programme milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Demand Generation
• 360 Marketing - Successful development, launch and management of high engagement omnichannel campaigns meeting awareness and pipeline objectives aligned with the business needs.
• Tailoring campaign messaging to audiences from hyperscalers, banks and large institutions to SMBs.
• Develop, build, and launch a world class demand generation strategy from lead creation to conversion including tracking and monitoring of win/loss rates and reasons.
• Ensure diverse top of funnel leads from full marketing mix.
• Ensure that Clients matches industry expectations through monitoring marketing trends, partners and competition
Staff Management
• Coordinate (and in some cases manage) the work of external communication consultants and identify new consultants with additional expertise
• Develop and implement all marketing department standards, policies and procedures.
• When relevant, hire, assess, develop and grow marketing talent globally and build world class marketing capabilities and tools.
General
• Contribute to the overall development of Clients strategies and plans.
• Ensure the values of participation, partnership, sustainability, social responsibility, cost effectiveness, transparency and accountability are reflected in your work.
• Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time.
About You:
• Ideally have a Marketing Degree
• B2B experience in a Tech company covering the EMEA/APAC region
• 10 years experience
• Comfortable traveling to events and exhibitions as and when needed
