Talent Management Partner Role Summary: The Senior Talent Team is responsible for the Talent Management & Acquisition activity for our top ~200 leaders at N-2 and High Potentials at N-3, across the globe. Working in partnership with members of our Executive Committee, extended leadership teams, and the divisional Chief People Officers and HR teams, the central Talent Team deliver best-in-class talent solutions across Flutter. As the team’s remit expands to support the growth of the business, we are looking to hire an experienced talent partner to coordinate our global senior talent initiatives, including the current GAME Development Programme. Talent Management Partner Key Responsibilities: • Programme Management of Talent initiatives, including the global roll-out of the GAME Development Programme, across divisions • Engagement and partnership with HR and Talent colleagues, across the Flutter group companies • Support in leading the monthly Talent Community Forum • Collation of aggregate reporting, insights, and PowerPoint for the Executive Committees and Board • Support in preparation of materials/packs for the quarterly Divisional Talent Reviews, in partnership with Divisional Talent Directors • Lead in programme scheduling, in liaison with Flutter EAs/Exec offices • Track and regularly report on the programme of development activity for the ~200 cohort, in collaboration with the respective HR leads • Liaison with key suppliers and external delivery partners, including managing the internal Deal Sheet and PO processes • Management and tracking of the team’s annual budget and associated programme/3rd party costs (~£3m) • Internal project management incl. KPIs, and senior management reporting Skills & Experience: • 5yrs+ experience in a similar role, ideally in Talent Management • Proficient in managing complex and varied projects • Ability to build and maintain influential relationships with stakeholders, at multiple levels • Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering key KPIs • Experience of collaborating across reporting lines, business divisions and geographies • Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive/SharePoint and WorkDay We’re working to be an inclusive employer, and we encourage people from all backgrounds, ways of thinking and working to apply.
