Your
Responsibilities:
Rapidly develop products and services that users care about
Be experimental! Develop prototypes, run tests, and understand the results.
Comfortably communicate opinions, turn them into features, and be able to explain the improvements to customers.
Lead end-to-end projects
Direct engagement with customers is crucial-you'll confidently participate in discussions with prospects to truly understand their needs. Your insights will drive innovation, as you delve deep into customer pain points to propose and craft groundbreaking features. Ultimately, you'll take ownership of the product's success, prioritising user experience and overall value.
Ideal Candidate profile:
Extensive experience as a software developer (5+ years)
Comfortable working in a start-up environment
Enjoys a balance between autonomy and collaboration
Experience seeing projects from conception to production
Loves a good developer experience!
