As our Demand Planning Analyst, you will work closely with Supply Planning teams and Suppliers, to plan the medium to long term product demand requirements.
• Assist our partners to deliver exceptional product availability for our stores and customers
• Measure and compare demand forecasts against actuals and identify variances and understand root cause(s)
• Review historical demand trends, research demand drivers, prepare demand data, develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results
• Manage day to day relationships across our stakeholders

• 📶 Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
• ✅ Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
• 📊 Data Management and Visualization - Create and maintain the organization’s Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders
