• At least 8 to 10 years' experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a database administration position.
• Proven track record in installing, configuring, administering and troubleshooting Oracle and MySQL databases on UNIX and Linux platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL 2014, 2016 and 2019.
• Oracle and/or SQL Server database certification - a definite asset.
• Experience in Oracle database administration in an ERP environment - an asset.
• Experience in GCP CloudSQL - an asset.
• Experience in configuring high-availability databases and performing recovery tests in disaster recovery environments.
• Extensive project experience, with demonstrated ability to implement processes and methodologies.
