Key Responsibilities
• Lead data-driven initiatives to foster insights and innovation in biotech research and development
• Apply state-of-the-art ML/AI techniques to propel the evolution of CRISPR-based drug innovation models
• Conceptualize and build predictive/generative models and algorithms, contributing to the advancement of drug discovery and gene editing medicine
• Collaborate closely with scientists and biologists to engineer ML features, facilitating the interpretation of ML results
• Develop and execute data strategies that ensure the security, accessibility, and interpretability of proprietary data

PLEASE READ and consider before applying. Our client is looking for someone with Machine Learning Protein Design Experience. Below are the technical skills required to be considered.
• Proficiency in utilizing various tools and frameworks for machine learning and data science, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, Keras, AWS SageMaker, and others.
• ML/AI-based protein modeling, including familiarity with AlphaFold2, RoseTTAFold, ESM2, and similar technologies.
• Strong background in genomics ML/AI modeling, with practical knowledge of engineering genetics and epigenetics features and advanced DL algorithms and architectures, such as CNN, transformer, Graph Attention Network, Large language model, and similar technologies.
• Preferred experience with analytics engines and data systems designed for processing large-scale data, such as SPARK, Databricks, AWS EMR, Snowflake, and data lakes
