Role 1:
• Drive the direction of the firms' ML platform used by traders and researchers.
• Build tools to efficiently train models over large financial datasets.
• Develop libraries for production and experiment evaluation, optimise systems to match the needs of trading systems.
• Opportunity to work around elite engineers who comes from top-notch universities like Oxford and Cambridge University.
Role 2:
• Start the AI technology from scratch. Provide new insight and create the AI roadmap for the firm.
• Build ideas and create POC for opportunities and problems, work with the tech team to productionise the POCs.
• Opportunity to build a team around you, significant budget to support the projects.
The requirements:
• Proficient in Python and other ML technology.
• Strong programming ability, would be best to have experience building up ML infrastructure from scratch.
• Good communication skills in English.
