Job Title: Junior IT Support / Network Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT support staff to implement and improve IT processes.
- Document IT system related preventive and corrective maintenance details
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and IT trends to provide effective support.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s computer networks, servers, and systems.

- Monitor network performance and ensure its availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security measures.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular system upgrades and backups.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal functioning of network infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
