Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance/Control Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans tailored to specific project requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of civil engineering activities to verify compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with project teams to establish and oversee testing procedures and protocols.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities. Generate regular reports on QA/QC performance, identifying areas for improvement.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance QA/QC processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to quality control. Conduct training sessions to raise awareness and promote a culture of quality within the project team.We'd love to hear from you if you have: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale infrastructure projects. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and practices. Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
