Job Description
Responsibilities
• Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning to stay abreast of industry advancements
• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to address complex business problems and enhance product capabilities
• Conduct feasibility studies and assessments for AI-powered features in products, providing technical insights and recommendations.
• Explore and experiment with new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve the organization's AI capabilities
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training, ensuring the quality and accuracy of AI models
• Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.
• Stay current with ethical considerations in AI development and implement responsible AI practices
• Document research findings, methodologies, and codebase for knowledge sharing and future reference
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or STEM related field
• Proven experience in AI research and development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Machine Learning, Python and knowledge of popular AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI deployment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of Cantonese and/or Mandarin
