Main Core Responsibilities
To support the restaurant outlets and office users with all IT related matters (POS / SOK, Laptops, printers, and CCTV). Handle POS menu keys creation and revision. Trouble-shoot IT issues and implement technology solutions to enhance business efficiencies. Coordinate with software contractors for maintenance and second level technical support.
Project Coordination - Work closely with team members to ensure timely execution of ongoing projects.
Data Entry and System Maintenance - Responsible for data entry work related to various e menu systems. Manage delivery platform settings and maintenance.
Emergency Support - Standby for emergencies and critical support requests after regular work hours.
Process Improvement – Propose recommendations to management for improving efficiency and productivity in outlet operations, ordering systems, HQ, etc
Company-Wide Technical Support - Provide technical support across the company.
Additional Duties – Perform Any Other Duties As Assigned.
Intermediate Work (Middle Management Duties)
New Store Setup - Assist in setting up new store by supervising contractors for POS, E menu, SOK, CCTV, and network setup.
Inventory Management - Assist in IT inventory management and monitoring data backups.
Administrative Responsibilities - Assist in IT administrations including paperwork & documentations.
Vendor Management – Manage relationships with relevant external vendors.
Requirements
• Strong capability in basic PC & network troubleshooting.
• minimum 3 years’ experience of experience with operational management knowledge in the F&B or similar field.
• Senior Executive position available based on experience and qualification
• Diploma or Degree in an IT-related field
• Good problem-solving skills, demonstrating resourcefulness in finding solutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and ability to perform in fast-paced environment.
• Service excellence attitude for technical support matters.
• Individual who takes initiatives and can work with minimal supervision.
