About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on sales enablement in the field of Information Technology (IT). As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business requirements, identify sales enablement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies that empower our sales force to effectively sell our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to sales enablement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that align with the sales enablement strategy. This includes identifying customer needs, designing customized solutions, and delivering products
• Design innovative technical solutions for business challenges and enterprise blueprint, carry out configuration changes as required, and ensure quality and performance
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity
• Assist end-to-end SDLC cycle of applications and support the implementation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science is preferred
• 3+ years of IT industry experience is required
• Experience in programming languages like Python, SQL, Java
• Knowledge of latest technologies, trends, and their application
• Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills to influence, prioritize or resolve differences with stakeholders on new strategies and technologies to be implemented
• Ability to work independently or within a team; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage day-to-day challenges and communicate developmental tasks with the technical team
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and people networking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Familiar with the collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Experience in luxury retail will be a plus
