Job Summary:
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology solutions and business objectives. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document the business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for our development team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand business goals, requirements, and processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Generate detailed and accurate documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure effective implementation of requirements and timely delivery of solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and usability of developed solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues by conducting impact assessments and providing suitable recommendations.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
- Assist in training end-users on new features and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategize solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Solid project experience in big data transformation, cloud data migration, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in using tools for requirements management and documentation, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices is highly desired
