Senior Software Engineer - $900pd – 6-month contract - Hybrid (quarterly office visits)
This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing team of 7 working on rolling out a new internal system with one of our longstanding clients. These guys have a strong engineering department in a tech-first organisation. The company you will be joining works to the highest quality and has received praise from a number of engineers we have placed with them in the past. The initial 6 month contract is likely to move to a permanent opportunity once completed.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full stack solutions using C#/.NET
• Build and develop with front-end technologies with React
• Build, maintain and test APIs, ensuring integration with external systems and services.
• Leverage the Azure cloud and associated tech (ServiceBus etc)
• Collaborate cross team to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of C#/.NET Core
• Experience in working with Front-end technologies (React preferred)
• Proven and demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining APIs, including unit testing
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• NoSQL (Cosmos, Mongo)
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
